These Terms govern your access to and use of the win7bet online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through win7bet.vip. win7bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the win7bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes. win7bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify win7bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

win7bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from win7bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

win7bet implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by win7bet.

All financial transactions on the win7bet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). win7bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

win7bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all win7bet promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the main wallet or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

win7bet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact customer support within 30 days of the relevant transaction.

All games available on the win7bet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

win7bet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats operated by licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available upon request for all applicable game titles.

win7bet reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account. win7bet's determination of the correct outcome in disputed game rounds is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win7bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the win7bet platform.

win7bet employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any attempt to defraud win7bet or its players will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on the win7bet platform — including but not limited to the win7bet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of win7bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win7bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any win7bet trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of win7bet's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which win7bet reserves all rights and remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win7bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

win7bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win7bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude win7bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

win7bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

win7bet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

win7bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by an ineligible person, including a minor.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

You may close your account at any time by contacting win7bet customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, win7bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. win7bet will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
